A little bite of fall, with frosting!
Fall has officially…fallen? The last week has been a little chilly, and Walgreen’s has Halloween decorations up, so I figure it’s okay to start with the pumpkin (finally!)
These babies were super easy to make, and even easier to eat. The only thing I didn’t have on hand was canned pumpkin, so a quick run to Aldi’s (I LOVE that store!) and I was ready to go. It took just a few minutes to throw the dough together, it was ready to go by the time the oven was pre-heated. Dropped ’em on the sheet and baked ’em for 16 minutes. They made the house smell great, and one by one, the family wandered into the kitchen from the far recesses of their caves, wondering what was baking. Continue reading “Pumpkin Drop Cookies”
