Caramel Snack Mix

Homemade Microwave Popcorn
If you’re a popcorn eater, here’s a quick, cheap and easy way to enjoy your treat. I hate buying the boxes of microwave popcorn at the store. Super-expensive and full of questionable ingredients, and it smells kind of strange, too. But they make just the right amount, and it’s ready so fast. Not like pulling out the hot air popper or shaking it on the stove top, which is kind of a pain and makes me look for other things to eat instead.
Well, solution found!
- Place 2 to 2 1/2 Tablespoons of popcorn in a brown paper lunch bag.
- Fold the top closed and pop it in your microwave using the “popcorn” setting.
- When done popping, add your own toppings and voila!
Microwave popcorn for a fraction of the cost – YUM!
